Roles

Every person has exactly one role. Admins assign it when inviting someone and can change it later.

• Admin — everything, including managing the team.
• Editor — works with the dashboard; can’t manage users.
• Default user — only their own account page. Opening the dashboard takes them back to Account.

The sidebar only shows what your role can open.

Note

When an admin changes your role or removes you, it applies the next time you sign in — or within an hour, when your current session expires.

A site always keeps at least one admin: admins can’t change their own role or remove themselves.
